Withdrawal of AT&T Business Internet Service in Indonesia 30 September 2010
Thank you for using AT&T. We value your business and want to make you aware of changes being made that will affect your account.
Changes in business regulations in Indonesia for wholly owned foreign entities doing business in Indonesia have allowed AT&T the opportunity to provide value added managed data services under its own data license. The license will not include the ability to offer Internet-based services locally by a wholly owned foreign entity. After reviewing AT&T´s corporate strategy for Indonesia, AT&T has decided to announce the withdrawal of Business Internet Service Corporate Invoice and Credit Card Billing Option effective December 31st, 2010. You may choose to cancel your Business Internet account on your own prior to Dec 31st.
If you use our POP3 mail facilities, we will forward your mail to your new provider of choice for 30 days after your account has been discontinued. For information on e-mail forwarding and more details about this announcement, please visit: https://help.attbusiness.net/index.cfm?fuseaction=home.viewHelp&category_id=395551 under the Indonesia section.
At AT&T, we continually strive to provide our customers with a world-class network and services. We will continue to explore alternatives to deliver Internet-based services in the future.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your business. We look forward to continuing to support you and your business needs in the future. If you need further assistance, please call your local AT&T Helpdesk.
