I am suddenly unable to FTP to your server to update my web site.

The IP address for the Personal Web Space (PWS) server changed on January 29th, 2006. If you have the old IP address of 32.97.166.75 in the host server name field of your FTP client, then you should change the host server name to "pws.prserv.net". [Your user name and password will not need to change.] Using the domain name instead of an IP address will ensure that any future changes in IP address will not affect you. However, if you insist on using an IP address in your FTP client, the new IP address, as of January 29th, 2006, is 12.154.55.205.
