Whenever a user ID is revoked one of two steps will need to be taken:
Resume- The revoke is removed, leaving the password the same.
Reset- Removes the revoke and changes the password to a new value.
If you are using a Credit Card account (i.e. xxINET) you have several options.
You can connect and launch a web browser. This will bring you to our Online Password Reset page. From here, you can reset or resume your password. You must, however, be the head of household account holder and provide the last 4 digits of the credit card that you registered the account with. Child accounts will need to have the head of household account perform this action for them.
If you cannot launch a web browser or encounter problems with the online reset feature, you may contact the help desk directly for either a password resume or reset.
You may submit an online request for a password resume. Due to security concerns, we cannot reset passwords via e-mail.
If you are a corporate customer you should contact your Service Administrator (SA) for assistance.
